    HÄRG RESTAURANT, TALLINN

    Restaurant HÄRG aims to offer best quality steaks, meats cooked on low temperatures, delicious grill dishes together with healthy salads.

    The emphasis here is to cook on real fire as most dishes are being cooked over hot charcoal, and some even inside the charcoal. One of the restaurant’s signatory dishes is Enn Tobreluts’ ‘dirty steak’, where the meat is cooked directly in the charcoal.

    Together, the fantastic food,  and stylish, contemporary interior create a cosy atmosphere.

    As we wrote in our tip for the NOA CHEF’S HALL restaurant;

    There is a version of the Michelin Red Guide, called the White Guide Nordic, which compiles a selection of the best restaurants within the Baltic Countries and the whole of Scandinavia, including Svalbard, Faroe Islands, Greenland & Iceland.

    HARG is included in such guide as one of the preffered picks of the year 2019.

    NOA CHEF’S HALL – TALLINN

    We experienced in this restaurant a true highlight. Amazing setting by a small rocky beach at the Baltic Sea right in front of  Tallinn medieval city with views to the port on the right hand side; (some 15 minutes drive from down town).

    As we wrote on our tip for the HARG restaurant in Tallinn,

    There is a version of the Red Guide Michellin, called the White Guide Nordic, which compiles a selection of the best restaurants in the Baltic Countries and the whole of Scandinavia, including Svalbard, Faroe, Greenland & Iceland.

    NOA CHEF’S HALL is included in that guide and deserves a shining Whie Star if there is any such type of recognition.

    The food is simply delicious, creative and surprising. It consists of a tasting menu & wine pairing (if you wish), which can make your day (or evening)  a great venue to remember.
